Seriously AVOID THIS PLACE!!!They didn't clean my car properly, didn't wax it, didn't dry it properly, my driver's side mirror was forgotten (I had to clean it myself).At the end a lady tried to charge me more for the wash when the prices are displayed on the board.I won't be going back there that's for sure..

Wish I can give 0 star. They are rude and unprofessional, poor service, they tried to charge me above whatever is displayed on the board I refused and a guy came out from the office to ask what the problem was, not sure what they said to him in their language he turned around to me and said the price was £5 extra from what the workers gave me initially and I should leave if am not happy to pay, I left.Also that place needs investing because the workers seem to be terrified of the man and he spoke to them so rudely and abusive

I normally pay £20 but the lady in charge tried to charge me £30 cause inside of my car was really dirty". I had cleaned it out just before I went down cause they have form for saying this. Such a scam with their pricing.Quality of the wash also isn't great. Look at how they left the wheel after I pointed it out twice."

Try to charge me for an extra large car. But the price should have be £30 but said that mine would be £40 if I was Ted it cleaned inside as well! Rip off and the lady that runs it is rude and differs her prices from the own price list in front of you. Go to Ruxley Manor Car Wash far far better service and prices and staff

Very unprofessional and rude staff. Charged £25 for inside out clean. I am still trying to figure out how on earth a Toyota prius is considered XL car.Update your prices and stick to it to avoid confusion rathar than asking people for extra money and treating a small/medium sized car as XL.

Very bad service and charged £25 in and out and just washed outside and hover in side that’s it even the didn’t hover inside properly and didn’t clean the dashboard and the doors

This car wash used to be fantastic but has gone down hill a bit lately. Seems to be too busy for the amount of staff working. Quick one minute wash. Inside done to a moderate standard. Seem to be getting told it will be £5 more each time now for a little bit of dog hair in the boot

Quick and clean washing done outside.But the inside windows and so called outside polishing and detaling work done when you pay for the full platinum pack (not worth it at all) was very disappointing. I turned around for less than a minute and the guy was done cleaning the whole front inner side of the window and when asked assured me they wiped it clean. Overall good but I dont recommend paying for the expensive package just was and vacuum.

Avoid using their service. Scammers. Liars aswell as extra pricey & don’t clean the car properly. Lady tried to charge me £30 instead £20. When i had to show her 6/7 dirty spots on my car wich they didn’t even bother to clean, So i had to calm her down. ive said to her to clean properly or you won’t get money for the wash. & then again she said to me she will charge me £2 extra for paying by card. & then the owner came and ive paid him £20 by card.the whole system is corrupt..Having said that AVOID at all cost or you will regret going there..!!
