Great service, I paid £120 five years ago to my doctor's surgery & DVLA sent it back twice because the doctor didn't know how to complete the form, D4 was so easy from booking to the medical and at half the price, can get it done on a Sat morning too, so it doesn't interfere with work, I'll be booking with D4 again in 5 years.
