Staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful.Stock is decent, prices for cats accessories such as scratch posts and trees are seriously over priced though.Great if you have dogs, stock is vastStores really good though and staff are great just the cat stuff .... amazon is my point of call now for trees and stuff

I took my very large dog to be groomed. His coat is thick and was long.Melissa made such an incredible job and he looks fabulous!.Such a shame she's leaving!

Lovely store. Never been there before. They were a bit short of pet cages. Very clean. Customer service excellent. The staff member cleaning the rats out obliged me in general chit chat about them as we have fancy rats. one of the male members of staff took my large bag of sawdust and placed it at the cashiers till for us so if didn't have to carry it around. Lovely store to visit
