We used Jonathan for a survey on a property we were considering purchasing.Throughout the whole process leading up to the survey Jonathan kept us updated on his progress and also called me after the survey with his immediate thoughts.The report that Jonathan provided was incredibly detailed, supplemented with plenty of photographs to highlight the areas discussed in the report and he even worked a Bank Holiday to get the report to us before the weekend.Jonathan was honest, approachable and professional during all our dealings with him and I would not hesitate to recommend.

I was considering buying a property in the Malvern area, and knew i would need the services of a surveyor, preferably local.After using google to see who may be suitable, i come upon Jonathan's website, which already had some favourable reviews.Upon e-mailing Jonathan, i quickly received a reply with a quote, which even more pleasantly was cheaper than another quote i had already received for the same level survey.A couple of issues with the property which i had not been told by selling agent, were quickly communicated to me by Jonathan even before he did the survey.The survey was done and he immediately communicated this to me with an area of concern.A few days later the full survey report was sent to me, which was set out in easily understandable sections with photos. I was also able to have a conversation with him, where he was able to put more meat on the bones so to speak!I subsequently withdrew from this prospective purchase, and while not entirely on the strength of the survey, it had high lighted possible other areas of concern. I can certainly say this decision though taken with reluctance, has saved me more then a few thousand pounds. Thanks Jonathan

Jonathan responded very quickly when I requsted a quote, unlike other company receptionist, Jonathan knows what he is doing, he spent time explained to me how survey would be carried out and the content of the report, his patience answering my questions made me to choose him to do the survey for the property that I am buying, of course the price of the survey was unbeatable, compare with others. after the survey, Jonathan gave me a brief verbal report over the phone, also encouraged me to call him any time after seeing the report if I got any problems of understanding.I had no knowledge of building , however, I learnt a lot after the survey carried out by Jonathan. The report was easy to understand even for people like me, it was very detailed report and advice given. I am very pleased with the service, and definitely will recommend him to other people who are looking for home survey.
