Tastless food. Unfriendly staff. Overpriced. One too, aviod. Wished I had gone somewhere else in Excel. I know Excel will be expensive, but food is poor quality and not even warm. Asked the staff about vegitarian options, got no reply, just ignored by two staff members. Third staff member replied.

Terrible staff attitude. Slow and inefficient. Staff just stand there waiting rather than serving the next person. Expensive for what it is. Unclean and poor teamwork. Please train them to be somewhat competent hospitality workers.

Grabbed lunch during an event and left completely disappointed. Extremely limited choice of food which was extremely dry. Extras such as avocado was squeezed from a bottle which makes you question just how ‘fresh’ the ingredients actually are. Mixed by the slowest serving staff team (most of whom just stand and watch the others serve) you are left wondering if it would just be quicker to go and get the ingredients yourself.

Why is this place is still open after all the negative reviews…Plain tortillas were finished… no problem went for the naked burrito option… further down the ordering process chicken is over… selected the beef option and wanted to add the pinto beans to it but wasn’t allowed as it is the veg option on the menu… okay plus a can of cokeTotal price £10.25I hate wasting food but the quality was rank I had to bin it

A pathetic excuse for a burrito. Uninspired slop dumped lazily into in a barely warmed, ripped tortilla and served by disinterested and rude staff. You would struggle to serve food with less love and care if you tried. Overpriced, small portions, no flavour. Avoid!

Service was quick but very unpersonable, I know this is fast food but there was very little interaction from the staff and they were just rushing through the orders. Food was okay, but put together with little care, first few mouthfuls were mainly rice as the other fillings were all to one end. Also size of portion wasn't worth the £9.95.

Worst pile of rubbish I have ever had that has pretend to be a burrito. How can you undercook it. Small size for 10. I actually had to go get more food from elsewhere.

You would get a better burrito if you stuffed a microwave rice pack in your mouth, covered your face in a tortilla and ran into a cow. They put the filling on as if they are afraid of it, daring to maybe half fill the rice scoop. And if you do locate any of the chicken as you chew through the layers of cold bread like Hercules' forgotten ordeal, then your reward is just enough sustenance to walk back to the counter to complain, but no further. Go and find a Mi Casa.

Terrible. Tasteless, tiny burrito. They ran out of vegetables so just chicken and rice in the burrito. I asked, so you're not going to charge the full amount are you? half of it's missing. Shrug of shoulders and charged full amount.
