We have used Contact for many years, we had some issues and decided to leave.Due to leaving, the owner contacted me and to be fair tried to learn from the mistakes.Since the time was taken to understand we have renewed our contract.Its still not perfect but I feel we got a really good service.

I wouldn’t put any business their way. Moved into a new build and had one of their agents come to my house to offer me a security system. I wasn’t keen on being tied in for 36 months. Had another company install an alarm for me which was a shorter term. The same agent had been back in the area and decided to text me when he spotted the bell box on my property, asking why I hadn’t went with their company and how much better value and quality their system was compared to what I had installed. Completely innapropriate way to deal with potential customers. Made me feel uncomfortable and I will never consider this company again as a result.

I would highly recommend Contact Security Services.I’ve been a customer for many years and the level of service and support you receive is second to none.All service/engineer visits are well planned out and the engineers themselves are polite, courteous and very knowledgeable.The office staff have also provided me support when my system needed a re-boot and this was done within minutes over the phone.The system itself is simple to use and the monitoring costs very reasonable.All in all a hassle free professional service.

Excellent experience. From George initially explaining all the options available to us, to arranging the appointment for the work and then to having Thomas on site to carryout the work, the whole process has been a pleasure. We felt everything was explained to us in detail and couldn't fault anyone for their service. Having been with ADT previously and had a bad experience i can say that Contact Security Services have given me a far better system at a much cheaper price.The engineers that carried out the installation were extremely clean and tidy and even hoovered up the small bits of dust. Really pleased we decided to go with Contact Security. Already recommended them to my sister in law who has a system installed in their house. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of getting a security system.

A truly excellent company and can't recommend them highly enough. I've been a customer for almost 20 years and have just upgraded the alarm system, it's fantastic. George, Thomas and the entire team are so professional, and very friendly. You'd be crazy to go with any other company.

Been with the company for a couple of years now and have intruder alarm and security camera system at home. They have always been helpful with my queries and the guys installing and servicing the equipment are very pleasant. Not a bad word to say about contact security services and have recommended to others in my area.

George was great and his team were Perfect!We purchased a new build from CALA in Newton Mearns and the house came with a Chubb alarm system.... Only issue was there was no contact from Chubb to set the system up. After Chasing Chubb and site office we were 5 months in and still no further forward.We ended up contacting George and the new system was installed the following week. The new system from Contact Security was soo good that we also signed up our other property.Our family member also gets the keys to their new CALA home in Mearns next month. We have already instructed Contact Security to remove the CALA system and install theirs.CALA should really look at who they are using for the alarms, as they are rubbish.Thank you again for the perfect service :).
