I've had a very disappointing experience with these guys. While the work was done on time, there was zero effort made to keep the dust confined to a small area of the house, so it ended up everywhere - even upstairs. I was of course expecting dust as part of the replastering process, but they didn't hang dust sheets to prevent it getting everywhere.Even more importantly, when the replastering cracked significantly within the first year, 3 emails were ignored before I had to call to get a response. I was then told it would cost £60 (per T's & C's) for them to conduct an inspection, which then took over 2 weeks and multiple chasers for them to provide the results for.Upon receiving the survery I was told the cracking was as a result of recent settlement"
