Not much to complain about other than the long waiting times. I know they can't help that though and some of the staff are really nice. Went here with my dad for his eyes before for his eyes so I had to make sure he was okay. Good job acre mills.

Blood testing department is appalling since they changed to a no appointment system. Prepare for a very long wait, or to get turned away unless you are there before the doors open in the morning. Nurses are great. The management sucks.

Plenty of parking spaces and blue badge holders park for free, just validate your ticket before you leave. Lifts to all floors. Friendly and helpful staff. Nursing staff are very cheerful and the waiting time wasn't too bad. There are wheel chairs as you enter the building should you need one for someone to take you to your appointment on which ever floor.

I went to the Outpatient Dept for an eye examination.It was very easy to park, the staff are very polite and it was quite busy although I only had to wait about 35 minutes to be seen the examination took about 10 minutes and I was finished, parking charges were reasonable at £3.00 for two hours. Overall a very good experience at Acre Mills Outpatient Dept Staff are excellent thank you.

Went to self check in . Hot told to go upstairs did so asked to see Heather nurse . Talked asked questions hot answers. Very polite and knowledgeable nurse . Very nice experience xx

Great Bloods woman called Julie, fitted me in last minute even though I had no appointment booked and she had locked up ready to go home. Lovely woman and can't speak highly of her!
