Sue, Emma and Debbie all supported me throughout the process and continually were in contact with me, responding to me so quickly and efficiently and they were chasing things when needed. They took the time to market my flat so beautifully and it sold within 2 days of being on the market. So unprofessional. A racist comment was made and when I complained about it, it was ignored. Rent was taken from my tenants on 20th december to avoid problems over Christmas, I didn't receive this until 3rd of January and only after I chased them repeatedly. I am still waiting for payment for my white goods that were in the property, this was arranged with a 3rd party by flint and cook.the way I was spoken to on a number of occasions was so uncalled for. They also kept a key after I explicitly told them that all keys were to be given to the tenants and this was withheldfrom them until I complained. I would never use this company and would certainly not recommend them at all.
