Went for the first time yesterday and had a wash, cut, blow dry and style with Lena. Everyone was extremely friendly and I have had constant compliments about my hair since! Lena listened to my requests and gave me exactly what I had asked for. Will definitely be back :)

Very, very bad haircut!! Took too much off, took me ages to grow my hair (down to my waist) so I could have a style I wanted, showed them the picture and it was nothing like that! What was supposed to be a long graduated bob ended up a short uneven, one side shorter than the other side bob. Back looks very, very wonky as well. The girl didn't know what she was doing, I could have done a better job myself. If I have it fixed now, it will mean even shorter hair. I am not a bit happy and that was the last time I have visited the salon!! I can not believe an experienced stylist can actually mess up this bad.

Asked for a few highlights that blended well into the hair, a natural caramelly colour from what i have had done before, showed reference pictures and instead got stripey white patchy highlights that were left on for 2 hours. Hair feels damaged and when it came to the haircut i asked for 2 inches maximum and she chopped about 4/5 off. Now i have an unshaped bob and the customer service from this one particular lady was not good. The rest of the team are lovely so its a shame about this experience. I’m now having to go to another salon to get it all fixed.

Happy to recommend Lena and her fantastic team. A hairdressers that listens to its customers and then delivers to perfection. Always keeps to her appointment schedule too so no hanging around like in so many other salons. Free parking right outside too. Perfect.

Great hairdressers and nails. All the girls who work there are amazing. Lena who cuts my hair, who always does my hair how I want it. Friendly atmosphere, great stylists. Recommend highly.

I contacted House of Hair on Thursday night and they were able to fit me in Saturday morning for a wash and blow dry. Jamie was very welcoming, friendly and did a great job. All of the ladies in there were very friendly. I will recommend you to my family in the area!

Booked a colour change and cut for my wife here as they had been recommended to me. My wife was very pleased with the service and said she will definitely go back next time. Great customer service even sent txt reminder for the appointment day before.

The only hairdressers I trust to do my hair exactly how I want it. Totally down to earth attitude with lovely, friendly staff who take the time to discuss options (some 'posh' salons can be a bit up their own bums). Love the place, always recommend to people. Walk out with a smile on my face and feeling like I'm in a hair advert every time.
