Eastbrook Company

I have had a terrible experience with Eastbrook, my plumber ordered a towel rail through them (which was far more expensive than most places) and when it got delivered to fit it was faulty/damaged, then delivered a second one which was also faulty/damaged, they then said they would do a quality check before sending out the next one as assurance it would be fine so we accepted, when it arrived it was the most faulty/damaged of the three we couldn’t believe it. By this point our decorators had already done the wall and the fixtures were already in for this radiator so we had no choice but to wait for a 4th towel rail. 6 weeks later it finally got sorted. The company refused to give any discount for the significant inconvenience and the service throughout has been awful where the rep of the company refused to speak to us. Overall a terrible experience.

Great Service product arrived next day my local merchant and when my plumber was having an issue with fitting the technical team resolve it within a couple of minutes. Oslo unit was perfect fit in bathrooms considering the size room.

Initially happy with the product, but the shower tray has yellowed badly only after a few years in place. When our plumber approached Eastbrook they have told him that this is due to UV Damage(!) However we have now spent £200 to fix this issue and been told that UV damage is unlikely and probably down to an issue during manufacture. Attached a photo, this was installed as a white shower tray believe it or not!

Had several baths installed. Two have formed brown specks on the base of the bath. I have been advised that it is not their issue. Poor after sale service and passing the buck on a guaranteed bath.
