Good place to get supply’s from and staff are friendly and knowledgeable, however I got a hamster from here to find out the next day it had worms they did pay for the medical costs, however, this is a lot of hassle to put on a little hamster that can’t be handled yet to have to be medicated orally, wouldn’t recommend a pet from here, the hamster was also in the wrong enclosure, it said dwarf hamster when I adopted a Syrian so this could be a reason for the mistake but in my eyes as I work with animals myself shouldn’t be a mistake that’s made or something that’s missed on a health checkAnyways have a cute photo of our little hammy

I go there all the time to pick up my orders, staff are always so lovely and always happy to help out with any advice etc.

I visited this store today for specific feeding advice for my German Shepherd puppy . The young lady who spoke to me was extremely helpful . She advised me expertly and clearly . A very good experience and very grateful for the member of staffs advice .

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff, even helped me setup the app to use vouchers and get a discount.

It's a great shop. I go there all the time to pick up some food and tap safe for my fish. The animals they have in the store are well looked after. The fish tanks are clean and most of the staff are really polite. I went there before to do a workshop, I was skeptical because I always hear that pet shop employees don't know much about the animals, but in this case they do. The employee gave me the correct information on rabbit care, hamster care, ect

the staff here are liars!! rang up asked if they had any big live aquarium plants in stock and clearly didn't waste of time they have hardly anything in stock complete joke

(Since original review have seen massive improvement sometimes still hard to find a member of staff)Understaffed, can never find anyone, the fish section is awful always atleast a dozen fish dead and even more not well or sick they do not know how to look after these animals and need training! They’re still pets and need looking after if you went in and so a dozen dead hamsters and rabbits you’d be concerned and I’d hope pets at home do something do something about it as it’s very cruel they shouldn’t sell fish if staff can’t care for them properly
