If you do not mind unimaginably bad service and being ignored, then this is the company for you. Literally over the past 4 months I can not get hold of Tuffnell’s by phone or email. They do not care about their customers. Ignore Google reviews and visit them on Trustpilot where this will be made abundantly clear. It would be a 0 star review if possible.

Outstanding service from our Tuffnells delivery driver today. Our consignment had the wrong delivery address on the label, thankfully the driver recognised our business name and correctly brought the items to us. Saving us a trip to the depot to collect!

Absolutely awful. AVOID. I also recommend avoiding companies that use this service. Parcel not delivered on the day it was due. Tuffnells claim they attempted and left a card but no attempt was made as I was by the window all day doing DIY in the house. No card left. All this can be proven by neighbours security cameras. Customer service is abysmal and just want to blame Wickes (company I ordered from) rather than accepting its Tuffnells failure. Terrible company, AVOID.

Took 5 days to deliver an overnight parcel. Said they carded the address but the customer had extensive cctv and no one came. Following day said it has been delivered and signed for but hadn't. Again no cctv. Package was found shoved under a neighbour's gate. Parcel severely damaged. Half the contents missing and what remained was damaged beyond use. Do not use them.

Avoid at all costs if possible. Customer service non existent. The way items are thrown into the back of the van and climbed over is beyond ridiculous. Also I spoke with an advisor 3 weeks ago who literally told me to book with anyone but tuffnells which speaks volumes.

2 separate parcels never arrived despite waiting weeks for them.Tuffnells are not contactable - the phone just rings and rings.
