It's a waste of time phoning Aldi (1) i cannot understand the foreign accents of the people that answer the cus services phone (2) i cannot find a phone number of my local branchA Luker.

Overall, I like shopping here, can get some good food which in a taste test I probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference in top end food and some of Aldi's food.Today the store lacked some fruit which I was after and no potatoes!! The freezer range is OK although there could be more variety. There also seemed to be a lot of empty cardboard packaging and some areas looked a bit messy. Also only one till open so there was quite a que for it. I for one, don't mind waiting but could hear a couple of customers moaning.Just saying what I saw today, but there have been plenty of times I've been in there and it had plenty of selections.

Great shop! The best part is the pricing, great value for money, however you do have to search for stuff as its not always placed logically. No self service, so if you need to check out quickly, or are just going in for a sandwich, this can be painful. Staff are all lovely and helpful, would definitely recommend!

The woman at the self checkout area was so rude when I was there this evening. Shame as it would have been a convenient store to stop at after work but I don’t feel like going back.

I don't shop at Aldi often as I don't drive, and aldi is a bit out of town, so I tend to do either online shopping or shop in town however when I have gone shopping there, they have reasonable prices and there own brand is nearly as good as certain brand names.

I don't usually use Aldi and today was not the best experience. I bought two bottles of red wine and was overcharged by £1.00 It was a job to find anyone to help but when I did, my overcharge was returned without any problem.I will try Aldi again one day though.
