We recently had a boiler emergency with water pouring out of it and no heating or hot water (It was -2 degrees outside). Paul was round at our flat within an hour and had the boiler fixed and working in no time. Brilliant service and delighted with the response time. Would highly recommend.

Paul came to help with a boiler and hot water problem at short notice when another professional" had let me down. He was methodical and polite in his approach and explained to me every part of the process of troubleshooting the issue. I felt that Paul made sure he attempted to fix what was already there rather than strip out and replace parts for the sake of it which is what so many people seem to do. Would definitely recommend this company and will call them for any future jobs."

He was reliable and punctual, turning up when he said he would.The job was completed in a professional and highly competent manner. I found him to be polite and helpful and I felt at ease with him in my home.Highly recommended and he would be the person I would contact if I need a gas engineer again
