In-Time Watch & Jewellery Repairs

Had 2 watch bracelets resized here, on the spot and with great care. Maya was super helpful and professional. I would recommend to anyone who needs any help with their watches.

Only wanted to buy two spring bars for a watch i knew the size i wanted. Would not sell them to me without seeing the watch not sure why? Just sell me what i asked for. Went to Strattons Jewellers instead who were friendly and helpful and cheaper.Sure they are fine for full watch repair or service but not very helpful or friendly service in my experince.

For several years I have been going to In-Time for watch battery replacements and the work is always carried out within the time frame specified. However on this occasion when I took my Raymond Weil watch in for battery replacement, I thought it may still have been within the 18 month warranty period. I asked if they had any records and they said I would have to show them the guarantee slip.I subsequently found the guarantee and saw that it was 18 months and two weeks since the replacement, but I also found the previous warranty, that showed the previous battery had failed after sixteen and a half months (and I could have claimed on this). I accepted that was the previous out of date warranty, but I asked them if in view of this and the fact the current warranty was only two weeks out of date, could they exercise a bit of leniency. The answer was an emphatic 'No'.Good customer service is not necessarily doing things by the book and I do not call this good customer service. There are other places to have watch batteries changed and probably cheaper.

Visited the Bromley branch of In-Time to purchase a watch strap. A gentleman called Raymond assisted me. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and a really nice human being. The service I received was first class, I will definitely making another trip there.

Always a great service and Maya is more than helpful when i have needed a strap or batteries for my watches. They have just sent a Rolex away for a service costing and repair. They called today to explain they are sending it to Rolex for a more detailed report. This is at no cost to me, like to know where else you could get this kind of attention and service.

I have increased the rating to 3 stars there was a very quick response to my online review and I received a call from Maya at in-time who apologised and said everything is free of charge including the new glass. Maya said she will call me when the watch is repaired to collect and reassured me I had nothing to pay.It wasn't exactly a smooth customer experience but I am happy with the response to my complaint and the outcome which is reassuring.*******I wish I had read the reviews before leaving my watch to be repaired at in-time. It was £19.99 for a storm watch battery with 18 month guarantee and I opted for the £8 buff and clean. I pointed out a scuff to the glass on the face of the watch which they said they would polish and see how it came out.The lady found me while I was drinking the free coffee at the Debenhams cafe to say when polishing the watch it had revealed cracks to the glass above the numbers on the outside. When I saw the watch I had to disagree that the polishing revealed two very visible cracks by the 12 and the 1 that had not been there at all before.Because I was not happy about this they are sending the watch to the manufacturer. I expect the cracked glass to be repaired for free but they said they couldn't say if the watch was like it when they received it. I think cracks like that would have been visible before the polish and I suspect it happened when the watch was being dismantled.If it will be repaired free of charge I will amend the 1 star rating but for now I will wait and see.

I came to this store yesterday to get two silver rings cleaned. The lady who served me was approachable, friendly, helpful and polite. I left my rings, returned within the hour, and my rings looked sparkling and brand new. It was also free of charge!! Amazing service. I 100% recommend this store!!!

Bought a swiss made automatic watch which turned out to be faulty. Had a service from in time and was quoted 4 weeks, this took 6 weeks but was in no rush to have watch back.The watch came back in perfect working order keeping good time and power reserve, this cost half the price quoted by the watch lab. Thoroughly happy with the service provided and good customer service as was kept informed when requesting an update.

Excellent service and advice. Had my battery replaced on an old watch. They also gave the each a polish and shine came up looking as good as new! Definitely recommend
