We may have been lucky that it was a Friday and we were on Matt's way home but within about an hour and a half of me emailing the company, Matt had been in, removed two wasp's nests and moved on. Brilliant service.

I called IX5 as we had a rodent in our office roof space and Matt attended within 2 hours. The rodent was removed and suggestions given of what to do to prevent a further occurance. Excellent service all round
