Can honestly say this is not only a gym but a place where you can achieve so much more than a change in your physical appearance! The PTs are amazing, not only are they supportive & welcoming, so are all the other members. This is a place where you learn to feel better mentally and gain so much knowledge to lead a healthier lifestyle. I wish I could give more than five stars!

this place is something else! every PT is super friendly and extremely welcoming, everyone is put at ease. the members are all so supportive and encouraging of each other. the atmosphere is just electric and spurs you on for a great workout. the workouts are varied each time. if you've been thinking about starting the gym, this IS the place for you

Best gym I have ever been to (and I have been to a few). Great atmosphere, support and lots of laughs. The only gym that truly is one big family. I have made so much progress and I have hit goals I never thought I could, thats all thanks to Jamie, Charlie and all the PT's for always believing in me and every single person who walks through the doors. This gym is like no nothing I've ever been too! From the moment I stepped into the gym, I had at warm welcome and the Personal Trainers all are so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. 2 weeks in and I lost half a stone and I feel great! I definitely rate JL Training as a 10 Star⭐ experience and all the equipment is of top quality! I Highly recommend this place to any gym-goer or first timer!

I'm a newbie at Jamie Lee Training and a newbie to gyms in general. I only happened across them through seeing a recommendation in a local Spotted Facebook group and I'm so glad I reached out. As someone who was very nervous about even setting foot in a gym and someone who doesn't know what she's doing, I feel so looked after and encouraged.... And thoroughly worked out when I leave. They offer free sessions so you can essentially try before you buy and see if it's the right fit for you and after only two sessions I was ready to hand my money over. They are a small gym with not a large amount of members but they are caring and supportive. Don't be scared, reach out to them. You won't regret it.

JLT is changing my life! The trainers and other members are the most supportive, friendly people I've ever met. Absolutely love this place, tried other gyms in the past hated them always self conscious about going. But not here as soon as I leave I'm looking forward to my next session. These guys are amazing.

Just completed my first full week with Jamie and i can see why jamie and his team have such excellent reviews. After a few years of being largely inactive due to various different reasons and many failed gym attempts i was looking for someone who would make my training enjoyable and reinstall the desire and hunger while understanding my body and working with my niggles etc. Jamie has done all this and more he has given me the belief in just a few days that i can come back at the age of 41 and get back into peak shape. The balance is just right between cardio/strength/conditioning. Great all body work outs with some HIT thrown in. I now have the belief hunger and desire that i can return to my best having worked with some really good personal trainers i can honestly say Jamie is one of best out there. Great friendly atmosphere too really relaxed forget about all the other gyms get yourself down here and see the change . I have actually signed up for the 3 month Hollywood package which gives you a total body transformation or your money back guarantee nobody else does it however jamie has never needed to give any refunds yet to date and i can see why too. Look.

I've been going to Jamie and Charlie's gym now since September 2021. Threw there guidance and expertise I've lost 2stone. I really enjoy going to there gym its full of energy and they keep you motivated and positive. Its like a family here. All the staff and alot of the members all make time for each other and help when and were we can. Love you guys

I started here in April 2021 & can honestly say from day one I was welcomed with open arms! Such an amazing gym family, PTs are knowledgeable, friendly & make work outs so much more enjoyable! My fitness has improved dramatically, I love coming to this gym would highly recommend!
