The continuing issue with the lift to the car park being inoperative, is really inconvenient. The only access is via two sets of concrete stairs which are dangerous, really filthy, unhygienic and not in keeping with the M&S image of excellence and cleanliness. Today they were flooded with rain water! Myself and wife have mobility issues and find the struggle from the store to car parking problematic to the point of avoiding shopping there altogether. Just how long does it take to repair a lift: clearly not one of M&S's priorities.

My trip on Saturday was a disappointment. I was returning trousers on behalf of a 91 year old lady who had purchased them in the Llandudno store. I was told that it was not possible to have a refund due to the fact they didn't sell these particular trousers even though this lady was told in Llandudno that it was OK to do so. Very poor customer service.

Generally very good service.I am a fairly regular customer here and in particular enjoy the M&S Sticky BBQ Chicken Wings, which with an offer of 3 packs for £7, you can't go wrong.Only downside with this store is there is sometimes a lack of staff to cover tills, sometimes resulting in fairly large queues (although I am aware Self-Service tills were opened relatively recently).On a more recent occurrence, whilst in a hurry to pay for my items, upon using the Self-Service tills, I accidentally left a £5 note (part of my change) in one of the tills. Upon realising this shortly after leaving the store, I immediately rang the store up, explaining what had occurred, and my change was found and kept in an envelope for me to collect when I was to visit next (which I did 3 days later) of which I am very grateful for.

Purchased a best ever macaroni cheese but I am not pleased. The macaroni was tough, more like penne, and the contents were too dry. I will not buy this product again.

Popped in there as I was in Bangor, didn't bother getting any Fruit - not the best. Bought an Organic Chicken, tasty once cooked but not as nice as other Chicken. The meat was very heavy in texture. Hot Cross Buns numerous packs crammed tight on top of each other - result flat as pancakes.Bring back the True Traditional ethos of Marks and Spencer please. Would not rush back there, even click and collect point for clothes just plonked next to food shelving.

This morning, we decided to do our annual Christmas food shop just before 8:30. We’ve previously never had a problem however this morning has completely changed our views! On arrival the car park was filthy it has never been cleaned which is always a disappointment as it’s not the place I want to load my shopping. We entered the shop in a festive mood of cheer which was immediately shut down my the moodiest, old shoppers you could come across. The staff were working hard at that time in the morning however If you want to keep a smile on your face i recommend you don’t go here!!
