To say Forrest Williams changed our lives would be an understatement. From the very beginning of our 3 year relationship with them, every member of the team continuously exceeded all our expectations.Their barristers perfectly model the fantastic ethics of the company. Through Katie and Forrest Williams, we had one of the best barristers in the country represent us. Her morals matched ours (and Forrest Williams’) perfectly, which no doubt led to the positive outcomes of our case.Every member of the team has kindness and empathy in abundance and it is clear they have been hand-picked for their fit within the business. Their sensitive approach is wonderfully complemented by their vast knowledge of the legal sector, and their quick thinking and action were invaluable in our case.During the worst time in our lives, Katie in particular was there on all levels, backing us, fighting for us and providing support at all hours. I have no doubt we will remain friends forever.There really are not enough words to describe Forrest Williams’ values, nor the way they repeatedly went above and beyond for us in all manner of ways.If we were ever in need of legal support or representation in the future, we would not dream of using anyone other than Forrest Williams (even though they are a three hour drive away from us!) and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This company exceeded all expectations I had of any law firm in the country. During the worst time in my whole life they were there to fight my case and give support on levels that exceeded my expectations Hugely. They were able to get me the best barrister suited to the case in the country in my opinion and were very very knowledgable. They supported me 100% throughout 2 1/2 years of hell. There level of client care and support was amazing and available around the clock. I would recommend Forrest Williams without a shadow of doubt. If I was ever in need of a legal team again I wouldn’t dream of considering any one else. Thanks for all your hard work. I’m sure we will remain good friends for ever.

I didn’t keep my license and it was 3 weeks ago that the court case was heard and I wanted to not make this seem like sour grapes. When I signed up I was told I had a strong case. The late arriving barrister arrived at court and said the case was challenging. Magistrates court didn’t look favourably on financial hardship arguments even though it would mean folding a business and financial repercussions for 9 persons. He was somewhat more impressive in our meeting room than he was in court and whilst he questioned me I didn’t think he managed to strike a convincing accord and argument. I was initially told by Katie that she the one person would handle my case but then I was passed between 3 people who were sweet but a bit mono in approach. Ok on efficiency but I felt anxious through the journey. I think they are ok and you pay around £1800 for the trip but if I did this again I’d steer clear. You are a number in a revolving cog and either way they get their money without much real effort. Tenacious wouldn’t be a word to use.

Total time and money Waste for me, I received below standard service. I was given an advise that was less in my interest and more in this law firm's. I was badly treated and insulted as a paying client.I have now been put in position that is costing me additional and unnecessary expense that could have been avoided with an appropriate and honest advice.Time is an essence esp. in legal matters and its Not worth risking.Hope this helps one in making right choice if ever needed.Sad to leave my first but honest google review. Oliver and Steve both helped me massively with my case and made it possible to keep my license with a very small fine. They were helpful throughout the whole process and made me feel less anxious and more comfortable with every step. They were less expensive than other solicitors too. I would highly reccomend them.

Forest williams have been outstanding throughout these past 5 months, whilst being under investigation and on continuous police bail, there communication throughout the whole process has been brilliant, I can not fault them at all, if it wasn't for Helen and her team I'm not sure I would have got the outcome I wanted, if I ever found myself in trouble again I would not hesitate to use them again, I would highly recommend forest williams, reasonably priced and brilliant service, thank you again.

Forrest Williams Is AmazingAfter Reading Many Solicitor firm reviews & just in general what they say about they business Forrest Williams was a major standout for me.I had phoned a few companies before Forrest Williams & i soon realised the difference in professionalism from previous phone calls i had.To the phone call with Forrest Williams Helan was the first person i spoke to & was attentive, caring, understanding, just willing to go out of her way to help me.This was a major factor to picking Forrest Williams they are a busy firm but always making time for new & exsisting clients.All the staff at Forrest Williams are friendly, helpful, outgoing & just good frendly people & there price's are very reasonable i would be shocked to find a bad review after the experience i have had with Forrest Williams & the barrister's they use are only a select handful of the best in the country from my eye'sI would strongly recommend Forrest Williams to anyone needing a solicitor firm.

Wow! What can I say, Steve Williams was incredible in court, he defended us through 2 hearings and got the result we wanted! Steve never doubted me or my family's account and listened and understood every bit of detail and delivered that superbly in court! A special mention too Efua and Helen for there case management and preparing the case! This is the second time i have used Forrest Williams, they have never failed to deliver, they have got me the results we needed to move on with our lives, look no further than Forrest Williams for all legal needs, they wont disappoint!
