Took in a pair of my jeans i brought new the tappers had to be brought in expectional jobLooks like they came straight from the factory they were made and for a competitive price aswell great job team

Very poor alterations and disgustingly exspensive !

Unfortunately after a great experience coming here for a year they ruined a pair of trousers with a large pink bleach stain on the leg. Folded so the stain was hidden when picked up.Disappointed to have my best trousers ruined as well as being mislead about it.Sadly it's not worth the risk coming here.

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS!!!ITEM RUINEDIf I could give 0 stars I would!! I took my trainers in to be cleaned and when I got them back, they were completely ruined!! My trainers were a bone white colour and when I got them back, part of them were yellow!! When I told the man that this is not how they were when I took them in, he got really aggressive and told me I was wrong. He said it was his word against mine. No apology for ruining them either. DO NOT USE!!!

Devastated that my boot's toe has been ground down at the front asymmetrically. I needed the soles stuck back down but one of them is now missing several millimetres of rubber and looks terrible. There is also overspray all over the sole and heel in a non-complimentary paint when the sole was repainted -- this was not wanted, not asked for, and not consulted about.Had to send them back when I first retrieved them as the paint was patchy and awful all over the heel. They then covered the whole heel in the red/brown. I need to go to a different cobblers to try to have this fixed.
