One of the higher ups to a member of staff to the back and started violently screaming at them, the girl started crying but they didn't stop. Was absolutely disgusting to witness, definitely will not return

Good!! Good how they brought greggs back to lytham bit sad it’s not in the town centre.

Looks really nice and smart on inside and out. Good location too. Went in to get some bits for breakfast. The supervisor serving was quite rude to the workman in front and put his change on the counter when the workman held his hand out. Didn't think much of it. Put my items down on the counter and the same staff member said very bluntly it's cash only and shrugged his shoulders. Came across rude and condescending, like I should have known it was cash only ... hence the low review.There were no signs saying cash only and there is no cash point nearby fyi. Unfortunately had no cash so popped to the nearby Premier store which had plenty of stock on, great customer service and could pay on card.I'm assuming that this modern establishment does accept cards and maybe the machine was broken that particular day but customer service was bad.

Popped in a couple of times before lunch 11:30 ish and they have no bakes and none in the oven? What's the point?

No breakfast at 10.45. Old guy serving was pretty blunt about it. Breakfast area was sparkling clean so must have ended breakfast earlier than that.Bear in mind people plan their day around the route they’re driving. I skipped a McDonald’s and Morrisons to get breakfast from this shop. First time I’ve been to a Greg’s and not gotBreakfast. They normally still have some bacon or sausage up until 11.30 as they’re not lazy like the staff in this shop.

Trainee staff need to go on customer care course and know the products they sell like a Belgium bun, didn't know what it wasshop very smart and staff need to try and smile

Lovely staff and always tidy and clean

They didn't get sent any sausage rolls to make. And when they do they're cold by 8am. What a joke.

The managers are insufferable, food quality lacking

I ordered 2 Bacon Barms and was told there would be a 5 minute wait for the Bacon...a regular occurrence..not a problem. However the staff then took 2 further orders for the same item. On arrival of the bacon they gave both customers theirs before me. On addressing this I was told it would now be another 10 minute wait for Bacon ! I demanded my money back and was reimbursed by a lady who appeared to be in charge. The 2 young boys seemed to have little idea of what to do..neither could operate the Till. I received no apology from the woman and she gave me a large amount of my money in 5 pences...presumably to try and further annoy me. Shocking experience...AVOID THE PLACE
