Been twice now with a rescue dog that had not had the best start in life, been adopted twice before me and returned for aggression issues, I had tried this angry little shitzu/Tibetan terrier at another groomers who gave up half way through, but not Louise and Colin, they sorted him the first time back in March and now in September and a much calmer dog 110% satisfied with everything they achieve, fantastic people and a great set up, I would recommend anyone who wants the best care and services for their pooch, don't hesitate, can't thank them enough, and I think my JJ is already happy to return even with his grumpy head on.

Louise is very good and I would recommend her. I have a Cavapoo called Mollie and she is always well looked after and groomed whilst with Louise. Very friendly and loves her doggy clients.

Absolutely fantastic. Louise was very calm and patient with Inca putting her at ease. She did exactly as I asked and I was very pleased with the outcome. No rushing or stressing Inca out she took her time to put her at ease. 100% recommend x

Louise is fantastic. My pooch is very nervous about being groomed. But she's looked after perfectly, and comes out looking and smelling beautiful. Really recommend.
