Lisa first gave a consultation in a comfortable and open way , bringing forth ideas and suggestion to help me long term. Her manner was friendly and inviting. She was absolutely amazing as I could feel positive changes in my session. I found her very informative and caring. Highly recommend!!

Been lucky enough to attend several reiki sessions and each has been an amazing experience.Lisa is knowledgeable, friendlyand made me feel at ease straight away.Also recommend her breathwork sessions as they provided a real journey.Highly recommended and great value for money.

Amazing experience, so friendly and felt so comfortable from the minute I came. Feeling so refreshed after and couldn’t recommend enough! Reki therapy was absolutely class I felt instant relief from this learnt so much off one session with Lisa and will be back definitely. Such an amazing woman with amazing experience in what she does can’t recommend her enough again
