Whilst the food is exceptional, well presented and nice, the last 3 times my family has ordered, over £30 of food, the delivery timing needs to be tackled. It is very unsatisfactory, an average of an hour and 30 minutes for some food, it's disgusting and not plausible at all. Very disappointed, I hope you take this into account and tackle your issues with delivery.

First time ordering. We ordered for collection. The member of staff we spoke to was super friendly and polite, I ordered a donner and chicken wrap and it was amazing. The meat tasted so fresh. Son ordered a pizza meal which he enjoyed. Really decently priced. Will definitely order again. Thank you.

I ordered 12 hot veg pizza and large garlic chicken hebab. Although the food was nice I think the kebab wasn't large at all. Wish I ordered portion of chips too. Also tried ordering direct from website but it wouldn't allow me to put delivery on it

I've been here a couple of times. The staff seem friendly and helpful the food is normally nice.....I very much doubt I will get a delivery again better off going into the shop my kebab was absolutely STONE COLD....the shish looked like dog food.

Ordered through UberIt seems they can’t give you the food that they advertise!!!Chicken burger supposed to come with lettuce, Mayo and sauce on fries - nothing of the sort just a piece of chicken and hash brown on a dry bun plus burnt fries no sauce.Asian Chicken tikka pizza arrived with no chicken on it!!!Can’t follow instructions on Uber so don’t bother writing them.We first bought from here when it first opened but we collected - we were a bit shocked to see a car pull up, owner? dad and son I’m presuming and the kids running around the kitchen part eating fries out if the basket!!!!Thought we’d give it another go but sadly didn’t impress

We have had food from here before and was lovely. However it feels like they are keeping up with demand and the food quality is totally suffering. We had food tonight and the Garlic bread with mushrooms was absolutely terrible. Mixed kebab was full of donner meat Shish was full of gristle and only a few bits of chicken. Disappointed was an understatement !!

The food from this place has been fantastic in the past. Sadly their website is dire in terms of ordering. The last couple of occasions we have tried recently they delivered and argued we hadn’t paid online - I showed them the receipt online that swung it; ordered today and nothing was delivered - phoned and they accused me of giving the wrong postcode - funny when I ordered online with an account with them and had a receipt with my correct postcode on it! Come on - seriously? Please admit failings rather than insult the intelligence of your customers. Won’t be bothering again and would not recommend which is a shame as the food is excellent but the staff seem somewhat disingenuous.

Food arrived stone cold, so had to microwave and heat everything through. Kebabs were tasteless with what seemed like watered down mayo. Really poor experience, we may just of been unlucky as it was a Friday night but even the so called large kebab only had 5 medium sized chunks of chicken on. Just poor really.

Good food, we always pick it up so it’s always hot. I see a lot of reviews not only here but in other restaurant guides and most of the complaints are about cold food. Only had delivery once and yes it was cold
