I’m not one for negative reviews but I felt it was necessary for this. First off, no issues with the actual food which is why I gave it two stars.However the cashier made my partner and I feel incredibly uncomfortable.He watched as we walked around the entire store. Then at the register proceeded to comment on my partners appearance in a negative way. By how he was talking to us, we both felt uncomfortable the entire time and under no circumstance would be return.There was no reason at all to comment on my partners appearance. No reason to watch us the entire time.Would not recommend due to lack of customer service skills and how the employees treat customers.

What a great company to deal with. Made an order online very easily. Had a chat on line very helpful and when some things were out of stock it was resolved so fast with them remembering an on line chat and replacing with things I'd enquired about. Recommend buying from here and will definitely use them again as there customer service is amazing.

Having decided to make authentic Indian meals at home, looked for local company with wide range of products.Ordered several spices etc from them. Arrived as expected and packaged securely.Spices were fantastic will be visiting the premises in the near future.Definitely will be buying more from them.Great website as well

This is the first time I have placed an order with TajSpices. Absolutely fantastic products all packed lovely and snug. No damage. Extremely pleased with everything and came across more items/ingredients not used before. Cannot wait to try my goodies received. I especially wanted some Maida flour which TajSpices sell. Will use this site again when needed. Delivery was lovely and quick. Highly recommend this site.

Love this shop! Got into curry making a few years ago, and used to have to buy all my spices from Amazon. Now I can pop into the shop and buy it at half the price. Always found the customer service exceptional and super friendly. Amazing asset to the community.

Fantastic quality of goods and delivered in a timely manner, was kept up to date every step of the way. Will definitely be using again in future for my BIR curry needs! Could improve the range of products available would be my only slight advice, although that is slightly harsh.
