Booking my service at Listers Honda Northampton was very easy. I was contacted a couple of days beforehand as a reminder. On the day I was greeted by Adam in the dealership. Everything was taken care of with very little effort. I was kept informed of the progress of my service and notified within the time given when it was complete. On collecting the car, Adam took care of everything and provided me with the requested paperwork. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and professionally handled by Adam. Fairly basic service and MOT. Had the aircon cleaned an gassed, and coolant replaced. Vehicle picked up and delivered.Staff brilliant, all transactions clear and efficient.Only criticisms - car was cleaned but wheels poorly done, and keeping up a FDSH is getting very expensive.Will use again though as I do relatively high mileage per year.

Roof seals were defective, advised this was not covered on extended warranty? Repairs carried out, hopefully there will be no more water ingress to my HRV. Although the service provided by the dealer was very good I am astounded that my Honda has been allowing water in via bodywork seals. This should not happen as far as I am concerned, you do not buy a Honda expecting it to leak. It would appear that this is not the first reported incident of similar leaks, after a quick search on Google.

Booked my car with Listers again for MOT and service. Dropped it off on Saturday morning. Car ready for collection before lunchtime. It was also washed - looked like new. The bill was reasonable too. Happy motoring!
