Mel and the team took so much care with the arrangements for my father’s funeral. The whole event ran like clockwork, with just the right balance of respect, gravitas and warm friendliness.

Embarrassingly bad. Did not know the paperwork required to cremate a 15 week old baby. We had to return three times to sign paperwork which we allegedly has signed on the first appointment… My husband ended up having to leave work early to sign papers (yet again!) as I just could not face going there for a third time to be reminded of our baby’s death. Will never use again and would not recommend! Avoid!

We have used Lodge Brothers three times, most recently the Weybridge branch for my father's funeral. Mel went above and beyond to support our family during a very difficult time. She treated us with compassion, respect and empathy, was incredibly efficient and did an excellent job. We could not have asked for more. Would highly recommend!
