H Spa

Had an ‘All about me’ morning lovely venue but spa a disappointment, one 1 member of reception staff on duty so she wasn’t relaxed & felt very rushed (although she did her best) showing everyone round, answering phone, dashing off to make drinks so we didn’t ask for help as she was too busy, got changed but changing cubicles were not over clean albeit just ‘bits’ of cotton, sock fluff, hairs etc but this is the 1st impression and wasn’t done that morning. Pool sauna area had several children laying on cushioned beds soaking wet for the hour we were in there so then wet for us to use if we could of & although I have children didn’t expect there to be any and wouldn’t of booked had I known. Again long hairs on sauna floor and round edges so didn’t feel pristine. We only saw they had a gym as we left for the day and no idea if we were allowed to use it as wasn’t mentioned in tour but would of like to of. The best thing was lunch, service was slow but a complimentary drink offered as they apologised knowing they were that day but the food was amazing and would definitely come back just for lunch

Had a lovely time at the Caudalie event at Horwood House. Caitlin, Paula and Ryan were extremely professional and friendly. The ambience was great and I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment!

Sumptuous isn't a word I use very often, I mean, I'm a 45 year old man. I don't use the word sumptuous, and yet here we are. I am sat in the sumptuous restaurant at Horwood House, finishing a sumptuous afternoon tea and having had a sumptuous massage as part of a sumptuous midweek treat" day at the spa.Let's talk about how we got here. A gift two years in the making sees me save the not-insignificant £105 for seven hours of decadence

We had the best Spa Day today at H Spa for my friend's daughters' birthday treat.With the beautiful fresh fruit platter for breakfast, followed by your great Spa facilities. H Spa is a gem of a place, immaculately clean, smelling gorgeous & the most friendly staff. Particular praise for lovely Laura on reception who could not have made us more welcome. We had lots of laughs & the most amazing back neck & shoulder massages....I had Zoe, which have made us all very relaxed for our evenings at home.I was lucky enough to have a great skin analysis with Caudalie, followed by the best facial I have ever had with the lovely Ryan....it was superb.We will definately be back, so please keep doing what you're doing & Thank you.
