An absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Extremely organised and thorough, very thorough in their approach. Rob, Zach and Adam were all a pleasure to deal with. They were all very swift in responding to any queries and resolving any issues. Their photographer was also wonderful. A great company, with a no nonsense but friendly attitude. Very honest and genuine. Will be using them again in the future and would definitely recommend to friends and family wishing to sell.

My experience with this company has been as its per name 'Smooth' these guys are honest and do their best to keep you updated and abreast of the process given that this is a stressful time already Max in particular was warm, friendly and honest. If you have signed up to the approach of a quick and sale and understand you wont get market value then these guys are trustworthy and have integrity in their negotiations, id highly recommend and wish I'd come to them sooner to save myself from the experience of the other treacherous quick sale companies out there! Outstanding service from start to finishFrom start to finish this has been a fantastic company to deal with. They were faultless on their communication and so much better than any of the other fast sale companies I’d dealt with.There were numerous hiccoughs along the way, due to the awful buyers solicitor and nothing to do with Smoothsale. Sophie, in Sales Progression could not have been more helpful. She did everything possible to advance things and was outstanding in her support and communication. I can’t thank her enough and if it wasn’t for her this would have been a million times harder.
