Iceland Supermarket Bridgend

Has the things you would use everyday, but pretty much all food which is fine. It's a ghost town in there, I feel as if nobody goes in there, it is a little bit more expensive than Aldi but I think has more of a selection.

Iceland in Bridgend may be small but it packs a lot into it. It sells virtually everything you could ever need frozen and some fresh and cupboard food.The store is tight to get around but is easy to find what you need as it's all labelled clearly.The staff were very helpful in finding something I couldn't find and it was no trouble to answer some of my questions.They sell frozen Gregg's, TGI Fridays, Harry Ramsdens to name a few and have big name breads available too. We like Iceland as it has a great variety of products at a good price.We usually get home delivery and that service is fantastic too, nearly always having everything we need. We always manage to get a slot that suits and we feel like we are a valued customerHighly recommend instore and the delivery service.

I've not long moved to Bridgend Wales so finding the local icland was great, on entering the store all the freezers was blessed with great offers, staff was helpful plus the lady on the till serving us was very helpful in telling me how to change my address online. Very good amount of selection of meal deals and weight watchers meals. The store was clean & tidy so accessible was good.

I ordered a shop on the app, and it arrived a bit late, but it was missing 3 items and I looked at the email they sent me, and they only mentioned the one item missing, and offered a refund which is good but The other items were 2x slaps of 24 peppi cans I called them the next day as they delivered at 20 to 9 at night and they said they'll redeliver again that day told me between 2 and 5pm they come at 630 and they didn't even have it on the van and the guy said sorry you'll have to ring them again but its to late agian of cause they close at 6 not happy cuz it's nice weather am the main thing I ordered was them drinks disappointing never had a problem since now they're normally good

Prices are right ✅️ on a range of products..Satisfied.

Surprising what bargains can be found here lots of choice

Very poor delivery service booked a slot for between 8am-10am but did not get delivered but was showing delivered so I rung the store and they said it was still in store and the earliest they could get it to me was between 11am-1pm and I'm still waiting now and it is 5pm and still nothing yet the store wont answer the phone now yet i waited in all day and stil nothing really poor service .

It doesn't seem I'm getting anywhere with trying to talk to someone on the phone. Monday I was due a delivery and the driver turned up with none of my delivery, told me to rearrange it and walked off, I spoke to someone at the local store to rearrange delivery for Tuesday and no one turned up or even called to let me know, I have booked yet another delivery for today but absolutely appalled by the lack of communication

Great store with lots of great food. Staff are always helpful.

Order due between 3 and 5pm did not arrive phoned their number 10 mins before they answered then didn't have a clue when it's going to turn up. First and last time I will use this online shop.
