Absolutely outstanding service and vets. Had to attend when Roxy needed an emergency C-section. When our usual vet refused to operate after saying they would then said best option was to have her put to sleep. From first entering the practice it was clean receptionist went above and beyond to reassure us an the other lad was extremely helpful even when I offered to clean the floor because our dog was leaking nasty fluid he said honestly it's fine IL do it" then we met the vet honestly a true credit to the practice absolutely amazing and was so keen to calm Roxy down an reassure me she will be ok.three hours later had the phone call to go and collect Roxy again when I arrived she was super friendly explained everything to me the nurse then came out with Roxy again super friendly an Roxy loved the. I've never known a dog to be so content and happy with the vet. I can't tha k this vets enough not just for saving my dog but also the compassion they have for the animals. Honestly I can't thank this practise enough. We are now staying with them. I would advice anyone to join this practice"

Amazing service, friendly staff, excellent care. It is evident how much all the team care for your pet and their wellbeing. We have an elderly Labrador who has multiple ailments, The staff take time to clearly explain any issues thoroughly and how to manage them. They are always available whenever I have any concerns to discuss on the phone or making an appointment. Would thoroughly recommend 100%.

Extremely helpful staff, we had a stray cat arrive at our house, we kept having to shoo it out - it was very friendly and obviously someone's beloved cat. It spent the night in our porch on the doorstep.I'd tried another vet first - they wouldn't even read the chip - very unhelpful - Hale vet was completely different, they took my details, read the chip and contacted the owner whilst I was there - I'd definitely take any animal there and never go to the other vet again.

I’d like to say a huge thank you to the team at Hale in Chippenham. Myself and my partner attended last Sunday for an emergency appt for our gorgeous little cat Millie-Moos. Both the lady on reception and vet were so kind and caring (I’m sorry I don’t remember the ladies name on reception). The vet (Sophie) who took care of our beloved cat was so kind and supportive, and she made our experience as nice & relaxing as possible giving the circumstances of our poorly girl. Sophie was beautiful inside and out and really made us feel like she truly cared for us and our Millie. We received 2 beautiful cards following our trip which were greatly appreciated and put a smile on our face. Thank you again. You were the best veterinary practice and team we have ever visited. We would highly recommend your team to friends & family. Exceptional care and experience. X

Had my dog registered here for a while, they've helped with surgery, infections and help my old girl into her final sleep. I cannot rate this place highly enough. The staff are so kind, knowledgeable and good with the animals. Prices have been explained as I've incurred them and emergency appointments given as soon as we needed them. Will register my next animal with them too cos why fix something that's not broken.

All of my boys (cats) get treated gently and they actually appear to feel safe. Telephone help is really helpful and they understand all concerns have been with hale since 1997 and all vets treat all my boys in a personal note. Chucky was very comfortable on his last visit and the vet actually gave Charlie his tablet!!!! Massive tips very very appreciated lol xx

We were very impressed with the excellent caring & professional service our elderly cat received when he needed a tooth removed. From the initial assessment through to treatment he was given the very best of care - all of the vet’s & nurse’s were so helpful - totally recommend them.

Always friendly and welcoming. My dog loves going here and the staff are great. They are also very accommodating and always show care. Very helpful with any issues. Great vets.
