Fantastic experience!I’ve recently switched from Anterior Dental Care (which is where I’ve been for the last 29 years) because I couldn’t afford their prices and felt a push to a more cosmetic school of thought. I didn’t realise how over priced they were until I experienced the great customer care from mydentist.On my first appt I had a very in depth check up where the dentist explained my X-rays which has never happened to me before and asked all the right questions and listened to my concerns. He explained all the dental terminology to me after checking my teeth and how I need to care for them to ensure I don’t need ay further work.My second appointment was a top up filling which is why I changed surgery’s in the first place. Mydentist being half the prices or more than Anterior. The dentist checked over any concerns I had prior, made me feel at ease and made sure the filling was perfect. Even though I was the last patient of the day, not that that should matter but sometimes professionals can rush customers at the end of the day. Not here!I’m so happy with the professional standard and customer care I’ve received and feel very grateful to be looked after so well without paying over the odds. The staff are personable and truly care about their customers dental health.Would recommend to anyone looking for amazing value for money and quality care!

Tried several times to register my daughter here and even book appointments for myself, but no I can't register her and every appointment booked gets cancelled or rescheduled and cancelled again. Not to mentioned the disgusting attitude of the receptionists, you should be ashamed of yourselves claiming to be a nhs dentist

Fabulous service , everyone was so kind and helpful and the Dentist especially explained the x-rays and ongoing treatment. The receptionist ,although very busy was also very patient and explained everything thoroughly. The NHS at its very best

The dentist I had was so good,he made me feel at ease and was asking me if I was ok after every procedure.I was very lucky to be given a emergency appointment straight away after asking for an appointment as soon as possible.The receptionists were very helpful . I had an extraction and never felt rushed during the whole procedure, I am very nervous at the dentist but I was made to feel completely at ease. Thank you for explaining everything to me and making my treatment less scary .

Excellent treatment and care. I recently visited My Dentist in Gold Street, Kettering. I received top class care and treatment, not only from the dentist but from the whole team. All of the staff I met were lovely, I left with a smile and feeling I was so well looked after. The facilities are spotless and my praise goes especially to the dentist who worked so efficiently in all that PPE equipment on such a warm day!

This place was good until my dentist left, the dentist I had said I need regular check ups and treatments. I have been begging to see another dentist but they said its only private and I cannot afford that, other then that ring 111 but I don't think that's right just to have a check up

This used to be an amazing dentist but I rang up because I have an abcess and in severe pain only to be told there is no NHS dentist. I have a mouth condition that needs monitoring and now I'm being told I would have to pay £50 basically just to be seen. The NHS dentistry has basically become a rich person's game where if you have the money you can have treatment and with the cost of living who can pay that having to make a decision with eating or going to the dentist to have a healthy mouth. So I'm really feeling let down when I need them the most.

Wonderful and kind receptionists. They make you feel at ease as soon as you come in and are always happy to help over the phone. Wonderful NHS Dentists especially Dr Dhimar. Even though I have always been scared of dental work he put me right at ease and always been very kind. The NHS at it's best !
