A tradesman friend recommended these guys and I really trust his judgement, so maybe I was unlucky, but I phoned to confirm exactly the part I needed and was assured it was in stock, no problem etc...When my wife went to collect the part it wasn't actually in-stock & two alternatives were offered.Great, but neither fit and a plumbers merchant would normally know Ideal Standard toilets need a close couple with a specific seal/doughnut.They did say we were welcome to return the parts (fair enough) but I'd rather they'd just been honest by telling me they didn't have the part.The store owner questions where I found the time to write a review, well, it's 2mins.It took much longer to drive to your store and I'd ask that you do check stock before telling customers to come in.

Ash and Select Plumbing are amazing! Helped me with my bathroom design, chased things down during lockdown and kept delivering additional items. Cannot recommend enough!

3 years ago i bought a shower screen from select plumbing and wanted to replace it because the bracket and rubbers where a bit worn and tired so i went back to Select Plumbing to see if they still had the same screen!The guy i was spoke to suggested that he maybe able to get me the parts instead of replacing the whole screen. He made a phone call and in minutes the parts were ordered and in the store within a few days.I am over the moon as it could have cost me for a new glass screen which i didn't need had i gone somewhere else.Thank you select plumbing for great customer service, i will certainly be back and will recommend you. All Plumbers, please beware of this shop. As they charge well Over top, make sure u ask price first, I sent my helper to get 2'3m lengths pipe &1 tub of large powerflux, they charged him £28, when it should of been £22 max. Plus they gave him no receipt, I compared 4 shops I didn't bother going back to shop because of journey it would take, plus no receipt, do not buy from there, incase if u are unfortunate to end up there ask price first, otherwise they will charge what they like,

Excellent shop, all the staff are extremely friendly and will help you with any questions you have.Also will give you advice on what you need to do if you're trying to do a bit of DIY as well.

Very pleased with items I ordered. Items arrived on time and were delivered to my door. I needed a Britton toilet, Trojan bath and a Coram shower screen. Will definitely use this shop again.
