Eastbourne Recovery

After an argument with a Z Bend my son and his VW polo decided to take his car off road, as a result we required the services of a recovery company. (thankfully he was unhurt) the car was a different story however! Based in Eastbourne I called a number of recovery firms and had quotes upto £400...! Luckily I came across Eastbourne Recovery, who came and picked the car up that afternoon and delivered it to Crawley for £147... Wow... what a difference in cost. I cant tell you how impressed I was with their service hence the review. If you are looking to get your vehicle recovered then these are the guys you want.Thankyou.

Superb recovery company. My sons car had broken down in Eastbourne on saturday afternoon and i was having no luck finding a firm that could recover it to a garage. I came across Eastbourne Recovery and i found them to be fast, polite and very competitive. The car was recovered within half an hour and taken to the garage safely. The driver was efficient and courteous. Many thanks.

Fantastic service. Two puctures tyres, was stuck in the middle of nowhere,in the middle of the road. Within an hour picked up with car and delivered back to the house. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. My dad's car come to rest in a ditch at side of road. A very nice driver from Eastbourne recovery pulled him out and checked car to see if it was OK for the road. Many thanks Eastbourne recovery well done.

After getting my car stuck (front 2 wheels over the grass verge which dropped steeply next to a narrow road - and yes, the car was front wheel drive!) I rang my car insurance company who provide our breakdown and recovery cover only to be told we weren't covered as it was not a collision. Upon being told that it would cost £135 for them to get the car back on the road, I promptly hung up and search on my phone for a local recovery firm. Having already seen a 1 star rating for this company (and just about all the local companies) I was relieved to see that they also had been given a 5 star review (by someone who looked more genuine, it has to be said) so I chanced my arm. The risk more than paid off as they were with me within 45 minutes and the couple that arrived were friendly and more than courteous - and more importantly charged me less than half the price quoted by Green Flag.I can only recommend this company from my own personal experience and I hope others find this review helpful!!!

My Partners car was due to be picked up yesterday afternoon but no one showed up. They weren’t even picking up the office phone. This resulted in me waiting in all day and then having to get someone else to collect the car short notice.

Recommended by a friend, and so pleased they did! The team at Eastbourne Recovery made a nightmare of a Monday morning in to an absolute breeze. Our work van was being very stubborn and would not start, the team were there to collect within the hour and delivered the van to our destination without delay.
