This was my first visit to this venue. The staff were very accommodating, especially Alise.  Lovely atmosphere  with a gorgeous outdoor courtyard for those sunny days! Will be recommending to friends

Ordered at the bar for 5 people, 3x steaks with peppercorn sauce, chef visited our table and explained that the other dishes were ready but steaks would be a few minutes, burgers were served and then we were told that the peppercorn sauce was not available, I was furious having not being told this at the time of ordering. I was a party of 5 and the only 1 to jot eat and was questioned by the bar maid as to why I would not ear just because of the sauce, I cook a steak at home and have peppercorn sauce so when I order it out I expect it, or to be told its not available in enough time to choose another dish. The bar maid was rude obnoxious and not considerate to my feelings in any way shape or form, just like she was as a carer. Will not visit this place again

Festive dinner for 6 adults and 4 children. With a diverse menu selection, the team was brilliant. All the menu choices arrived correctly, nicely timed and the food was good and hot. Excellent job from Tina and the team.

We visited here because we had a discount leaflet posted through our door. The meal was excellent - nicely cooked, well presented and hot. We did have to chase up our tartare sauce, but it came immediately after that. Staff very friendly. We would return again in the future.

Friendly staff always very welcoming and happy to help. Good reasonably priced meals. Never have to wait too long and on the occasion when they have been overly busy they have told us how long wait on food was before we ordered.

Visited a couple of times over the last couple of weeks, and equally good both times. First time was a Friday evening and, despite the place being very busy, we were served at the bar quickly and by very friendly staff. The food arrived quickly and was cooked well, tasty and good portion sizes. There's a good choice on the menu and the prices were fair. I live fairly locally and can see myself eating here quite often.

The food was amazing. We had Xmas dinner meal 3 courses. 5 close friends that have been having our Xmas party night at the White Horse for few years and will always go back if the food and welcome is the same. Tina is just amazing too as she is very welcoming and attentive

Always enjoy a good meal here, everything served as it should. Bar and waitresses are always friendly and can’t do enough! Good selection of drinks & at good prices!
