Disgraceful staff, I came in three times just so I could make a payment for a licence and even though there was time left for me to do it the lady sent me away saying I need to come back tomorrow. Difficult staff, really bad experience, never gonna come back again as they're just useless.

Absolutely brilliant service from Carol when renewing my passport. Helpful, friendly and attentive a real asset to the business and wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Shocking service. No staff at all, already waited 15minutes and still waiting. What's the point in self service if the staff have to keep helping customers on there. 7 stations and only the travel money desk open with 1 member of staff. Absolute joke.

Review Edit: It as not gotten better. It has in-fact, gotten worse. All it would take is hiring a few more hands to help run the office. It is quite frankly, disgusting. Hire more staff!Been coming here for years. It isn't the fault of the staff - they are perfectly fine. But there are too few workers. Only three self-service machines that require oversight whenever you want recorded delivery + massive queue at the tables, with maybe two people at most. The ONLY Post Office in a BIG TOWN should NEVER be closed for 30 to 60 minutes during peak times of the day. Hire more staff. Royal Mail is letting this town down.

Oldham town centre in whsmith.The staff have very little service skills. A lady was waiting in the queue for 15mins, one staff shouted if anyone needed travel money which customers stated no.The lady at the travel check out shut to count money. The poor customer as she was about to get served had letter or something to which the staff stated sorry the travel lady is shut" the customer stated "I was in the queue you didn't mentioned anything else a d she only shut couple if minutes ago

I went to Oldham PO today, this PO is always extremely busy there was only two ladies behind the counter and they were rushed off their feet. When it was my turn (I went to renew my passport) I was told that there was a few people wanting to renew their passports and that they only had the one IPad, they asked if I would kindly go back in an hour, which I really didn't mind. Maddy even took my number and said that if it was less than an hour she would phone me.I went back just over an hour and Maddy was so lovely, professional and so friendly. Even though she was rushed off her feet, she still made time for small chat and still have service with a smile. Maddy is a credit to your company. Well done Maddy
