Service absolutely excellent. From getting samples, choosing the worktop, templating and fitting, everything happened exactly when they said it would - in fact the fitting was earlier than expected which was a bonus. The worktop looks perfect, just how we hoped it would look. Great service, decent price and lovely product. Very nice staff as well. Thank you for doing such a good job.

Potential customer - first impressions.Visited the showroom on Hurricane way after finding them on Facebook.Easy to find and signs for showroom very visible from the road.I was disappointed how long it took for someone to speak to us, yes one man was on the phone but a blonde haired lady looked at us through a glass window at the back of the showroom at least three times but didn't come out which I found quite rude, didn't she like the look of us?! After a few more minutes another lady came out to ask if we wanted help, she talked to us about a few products then the man who was on the phone took over.I forwarded plans for kitchen and received a quote within a few hours, as a retail customer I feel that the quote should include full price and not exclude vat as could be very misleading to some customers.Haven't decided if we'll use design stoneworks.

We visited DSW some time ago to get some advice on kitchen worktops for our busy family home. They were very knowledgable and we were able to take away some samples. Once we made our choice, they worked out the cost and layout for a quartz worktop. Once our kitchen was installed, they came to template and take final measurements. Two weeks later the were ready to install but this was subsequently delayed due to the lockdown. They returned this week to install the worktop and the team were great. Overall a very positive experience from start to finish and a more personal service than I think you’d get from a big chain store.

From start to finish a perfect service, great advice and after choosing the worktops we wanted the guys came and measured up and it wasn't long before they were fitted and looking fantastic.I have already recommended Design Stonworks to friends and family.Keep up the good work.

I had a small piece of quartz which needed a hole for a vanity unit. Dropped the quartz off on Friday and it was finished by Monday.Professional, quick and friendly company.

Highly recommend. Competitive on price. Very well organised, and actually improved on our kitchen worktop plan when they came to template. Have since been accommodating and helpful when i came to them with unrelated worktop issues.
