Just been to the shop to get a couple of parts for the motorhome, as i walked in a Staff member was sat looking his mobile phone,he looked up at me then looked back down, not even a smile or hello.I had the part's i needed replacing with me in hand, looked around the parts section for a while, couldn't see exactly what I wanted , walked towards the counter area and nobody seemed interested at all.So i left,saw staff on the way out who walked straight passed.Shame really, never used to be like that, we've bought plenty off them over the years.I like to support local but I've ordered on line from elsewhere.

UPDATEAfter this review was posted Roger Firth the director of the company contacted me . I have to say he went out of his way to solve the problem, we didn’t have the original box and he sent one out to me by courier at his own expense with packaging and a returns label . We kept in contact regularly via email at my choice . Upon the return of the awning they did indeed find a fault with it and I was instantly issued a refund . Roger really pulled it out of the bag and has been informative , helpful and courteous throughout , so I’m now updating my thoughts on the companyBought a quest falcon 325 air awning from this company in last month . Went to use it a couple days later all went well till we inflated it , it stayed up maybe an hour before we noticed the bladder had gone soft , so we added a bit more air . Again same thing happened and we had to take the awning down . As we needed an awning we had to find a camp shop and purchase another awning . I messaged these guys with the problem, took a week for a reply with them asking for my email/ phone number stating they were sure they could sort it . Immediately responded with email , that was 7th June . Not heard anything from them since , despite me contacting them ..So if you want to waste £400 on a faulty awning choose these guys otherwise shop elsewhere!!

Afraid to say that customer service here is awful. I have tried to stick with them as they are fairly local but they rarely answer the phone, and never call back when you leave a message. Don’t bother using their online form either, as despite a promise of a 3 day maximum response time I’m still waiting for one over 3 weeks later. This lack of response is a real shame as when you do eventually manage to get work done, it is to a good standard and staff are helpful, but the lack of ability to ever get a decent response is so frustrating.

After a truly terrible experience with an awning purchase from a well know manufacturer. The team at A&E helped us with securing another suitable awning - upgraded to an Isabella. They managed to get the new awning to us so quickly. Very impressed with the quality of the awning and with everything that the A&E team did for us. Would be happy to recommend them

Great staff in the shop, ordered from them both online and over the phone. The staff are extremely helpful, Odette even went to the wharehouse for me in pursuit of the item I required and made sure it got on the delivery van the same afternoon. Well done all at the shop!

Arrived early and my van was taken into the workshop straight away by very friendly and professional,knowledgeable staff. All done in an hour and was told I didn’t need what I thought and they saved me over £200. Unbelievably honest and a fabulous job. A great price and no hassle. Well worth the drive. Thanks guys.

I purchased a camptech buckingham from A and E and initially everyone was really helpful, then when I started having issues with pooling on the roof I sent various emails and photos to try and get some help with my issue, I tried to resolve but unfortunately it collapsed causing significant damage to my caravan and awning, then after sending the damage in I got a response, 19 days later, stating the awning was incorrectly put up, OK but then the rep proceeded to tell me the instructions are not very clear and that I had adhered to them and he had further pictures and details of how the awning should be erected, not much help now as they never came with the awning. They won't offer a refund or exchange but have offered to get me the awning repaired at my own cost. Its funny how I couldn't get a response until for over 2 weeks and and then after the damage had accured I was able to get an instant response. Good company if you need something of the shelf but unfortunately lacks customer experience, no return of calls and now left massively out of pocket, but that's just my first experience with them.

Amazing service and customer care with Kian :-)Absolutely brilliant in helping my partner and i who are first time motorhome buyers. We had no idea on awnings and accessories and was not only incredibly helpful, explained it all, gave discounts and was friendly and enthusiastic. Definitely recommend this company and their excellent service and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for hopefully the start of making lots of memories. :-)
