FFD Commercial Refrigeration

We have just purchased a Blizzard beer cooler from FFD Ltd.The experience with the company was excellent and we are pleased with the product.I would like to thank Steve for spending a significant amount of time explaining the product and also toMcCauley , when I made the follow up call.Their advice, patience and guidance was very much appreciated.I would highly recommend the company.Further, thank you to the driver for his assistance when the product arrived.

Highly recommended. I purchased a bottler cooler from them (they seemed to be one of the only few that actually had any stock of this particular model) for a great price, which was promptly delivered. What actually impressed me was their aftersales service. The cooler developed an annoying rattle/buzz soon after it was switched on. A couple of emails to their customer service department and a service engineer was sent the very same day to change the compressor unit.I've had very bad experiences in the past with aftersales service from companies from whom I've bought over the internet, but this was very much the exception. Good, old-fashioned service, with no lengthy process to follow in order to resolve the issue.Much appreciated and keep up the good work!

My complaint and my extremely bad experience focuses on one person (Carol C.) who was sarcastic and unable to demonstrate professionalism. The representative wanted simply to charge additional fees only to receive more money. I had made 3 orders and Tom W. was amazing and very helpful and polite but ultimately that lady failed to maintain the good reputation of the company.

I’ve made a few purchases with FFD. They always offer great advice and the prices are very good too. They are my first choice for catering equipment and refrigeration. Highly recommend

Wow, ordered this fridge at 2pm yesterday, didn't even pay for next day delivery and 9am today it was delivered, working perfectly and is running already! Couldn't recommend this company enough, outside of the delivery itself customer service team highly responsive and friendly. Couldn't ask for more...

Simple, I run a freehouse pub / live music venue, I need 2 new double door tall beer bottle coolers, every other 'supplier' is either 1) unable to answer chat boxes or calls or emails, 2) has nothing in stock or available, even though their website say different, 3) has terrible reviews. >>>>>>>>> So I get chatting to FFD on their chat box, a few minutes later and we have found a good alternative, in stock. I pay by card. 3 days later they are in my venue. From this very satisfied customer, I could not recommend the service, advice, and product supplied highly enough. Rest assured , next time I need items of this nature, I'll be back.

Had great experience ordering from FFD. I was able to speak to a human being on the phone, who was very helpful and offered plenty of guidance to direct me to the right product to suit my needs. They arranged delivery and maintained contact all the way through the prices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and helpful delivery guys meant that it was actually a pleasure using them!

Do not touch this company. I bought a fridge for my shop and within two weeks it had warmed all my stock up to such an extent that i had to throw it all away. An engineer was sent out to 'repair' it and instead fitted another faulty part which resulted in everything being frozen. I then called FFD and the engineer but no one responded, in desperation (having committed myself to all the xmas stock) i called my own engineer who sorted out the problem. I am now told that the warranty is no longer valid and basically 'tough'. FFD have completely wiped their hands of this. Very NOT impressed.I dont even want to give them one star, but it wont let me post this otherwise.

Absolutely chuffed to bits with my new equipment!! Appreciated Cory working with me to get what i needed, not just what i wanted, very happy. Delivered on time and follow up service has been very responsive and hassle free. 100% recommend this place. Customer for life

Amazing customer service from start to finish. The communication was first class. The staff I dealt with, Carol & Luke really care about the customer experience and their response time was so fast. Even the delivery man was so helpful and polite. I would highly recommend using Fridge Freezer Direct Ltd. The fridge has gone into a Community Larder - sorry about the quality of the photo!!
