Tootal have changed their ordering system and not for the better. Couldn’t pay online - they no longer will allow you to pay over phone- then when the food was delivered they wanted cash. I had to leave the house to get some money! Totally Terrible Tootal - you need to review this new system or end up losing customers.

Called in last night ordered the bq spare ribs to house special fried rice a portion of chips and a fish and chips all was cooked fresh not waiting to long all the food was perfect used to go to here when it wax the phoenix and can honestly say I will only be using this chippy going forward.

If you have ever passed by this takeaway place please take a chance to walk in and order something, i have ordered here many times and the food is exquisite they have plently of delicious menu items and over all it's a great idea to go order some food from there place.

We ordered the munchie box A.. did not expect it to be as big as it was could easily feed four.. included two cans of pop and prawn crackers very reasonable price £21 including delivery. Would Definitely order again.

Ordered at 6.20pm for delivery which would be an hour, after an hour and 40 minutes rang up to see where the food was and a child answered the phone? Food finally arrived nearly 2 hours after ordering and it most definitely was NOT worth the wait! We ordered two different chef specialities which tasted exactly the same, which was flavourless with a tiny bit of chilli heat. Spent over £35 in total and really disappointed with the food. The only good thing I can say is it was hot when it arrived! Will not be ordering from the Tootal again.
