SAMMYS MILKSHAKES

I'm all about giving businesses chances. But I have ordered from this place 3 times. At different times and different days. Not once have these guys had the things I've ordered on the menu.This time took the biscuit. I ordered at 9.22pm. And at 10.30pm I recieve a call yet again saying they don't have one of the items I've ordered and if I want to swap it, the only reason it really bothered me is because they could of let me know straight away.The food here is good. But if you can't manage the menu make it smaller. I've always been quite relaxed with stuff like this. But this being the 3rd time just on the basis of the uncertainty of placing and order and actually receiving what I ordered first time I will not be ordering again.Really disappointed. Because they really have something going good with the desserts they do. This review would be 100% 5 star if this wasn't constant with not having the items I've ordered.

Ordered from here multiples times and the food is always late. Ordered on my birthday at 8.30pm and delivery was expected at 10pm - didn’t arrive until 12.15am!!!!!!! At that point I was sleeping and was woken up by the delivery driver knocking my door. Absolutely appalling. This isn’t the first time the food has been hours late and when you call to chase up your delivery they put the phone down on you. The following day the owner acknowledged there was an issue by writing a Facebook status saying she will learn from her mistakes, however she clearly doesn’t as this happens all the time. Food tastes nice but won’t be ordering again best off going to kaspas or waffling on.

Placed an order through just eat for a ribena slush a white kinder milkshake a mini oreo cheesecake pot and a honeycomb cheesecake...I received a white kinder milkshake two lotus biscoff cheesecake and a monster punch slush.I'm not one to leave a negative review or complain but this was the first time I ordered from them and I don't think I'll be going back

Lovely service, had an amazing milkshake and chocolate orange Sunday. Highly recommended

Ordered and arrived within 40 minutes, exactly what I wanted, good quality and value for money.

Food is always late, the shop is dirty and staff don’t have basic hygiene training, not washing their hands after smoking and coughing into their hands. Food also not stored correctly. Owner is extremely rude and argumentative.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought 2 milkshakes on Tuesday evening at 9.10pm, they were eventually delivered at 11.20pm, the cream on top had gone all stale and flat- as though they were made hours ago. Very disappointing for the price :(

I would recommend the food it tasted good but my milkshake didn’t arrive with the order which was fine. I was offered a refund for it from the lady who dropped it off. She was really apologetic but when I rang the store the lady didn’t even know about the refund so i was told I’d be called back and few moments later I was…another lady came on and said “I was told you texted sammy and wanted your milkshake” I replied with” no it’s fine I told the lady I’d have a refund and I called not texted” she replied in a rude manner “oh well she told me you said this so I don’t know what you want” I replied “I’ll just have the refund I don’t want the lady to come back out because she told me she had a newborn with her” her reply “right okay I’ll get you your refund” and hung up. I felt like it was a tat for tail type situation I’m not good with these situations but I felt the manner was very rude and unprofessional made me feel a bit anxious if I’m honest
