Horrible horrible service. They first fit the windscreen wrong, then come back with a different one and after that I hear nothing for over 2 months despite numerous calls requesting for an update. Their call centre, all they do is raise tickets and that’s it. Eventually I did it privately. I Will NEVER deal with them ever again.

Autoglass was able to replace the windscreen of my car after it got damaged in a way that it could not be repaired. The booking slot was for 3 hours but they were able to finish the work on my car in just over an hour.The new windscreen is an exact replacement and getting back to my car it was hard to tell that anything had changed, apart from the fact I had a nice new shiny windscreen.They also made sure to calibrate the car front sensors which sit behind the windscreen.The staff are polite and friendly too. Would definitely recommend.

Tony, the windscreen engineer was hugely helpful in contacting HQ about the prepayment and did an immaculate job on my car. As a kind gesture, even gave it a wee clean and vacuum. Great customer service down at Reading depot! Thank you! Mary

Your technician damaged my car on Monday and you left me and my pregnant wife without any help, 6 days without any information when my car will be repaired and any hire car provided from you, you ruined our Christmas, good to know how you treat people, customer service is even worst they hang up over the phone when you calling because they don’t know how to help, basically company treat you like a trash and the only answer you can get is you have to wait. As a gesture of goodwill from them you will be treat like a people from second category and definitely you never get what they saying just empty promises.

ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY DO NOT USE!! a technician came out to repair a chip two weeks ago which wasn’t completed properly and cracked substantially. I was told a new technician was going to come out to replace the windscreen which was completed on the 21st of July (the same technician turned up). He had damaged my car in multiple areas including dents scratches and chipped paintwork. Not to mention the glass he installed is also scratched. The customer service team has fobbed me off and wasted around 4-5 hours of my time and still no update as to what will actually be the result of this. I was told someone can come out in a weeks time to assess the damage. How can you as a company damage someone’s car and think this is acceptable?

Windshield was fitted improperly by the technician and side trim was damaged (seemed like he tried ripping it off, cracking it in the process and breaking clips holding it to the body) and not put back on flush to the body, which flooded the car and has taken days to fix. Wipers not fitted correctly too. I don't understand how a repair can be done so badly. If I had been made aware of the issue on the day they could have sent out a second technician in the same week to rectify this.Second technician fixed the trim but no replacement ordered and no valet ordered as promised. Autoglass don't seem to have any motivation to rectify their mistake caused by technician incompetence; still waiting to hear back from Customer Service many weeks later. Bordering on being rogue traders.

My car is my passion. I love it more than.... ....So, it's fully spec'd. When a stone cracked the windscreen, I was worried. The sensors, camera, all the tech and, as we approach winter, the heated screen. Via my insurer, redirected to Autoglass, they recognised my car and were able to get a replacement screen.Admittedly, took a few days longer than I'd ideally hoped.. (not ideal as the crack was traveling), but putting this delay to one side, the service was okay.. So, having now driven for a few weeks, everything is working just fine!! The forward camera, auto high beam assist, rain wipers, speed indicator, cruise etc, all fine.My thanks to Stewart, really knew what to do. Careful taking the trim off and considerate putting back together. Real credit.In summary, first class service
