Was really nervous trying something new but the people were very welcoming and the head coach really knew his stuff and make the exercises very easy to understand for first timers. Highly recommend and I will definitely be going again

Friendly relaxed atmosphere, easy coaching style, a really welcoming gym. Would advise anyone looking to start to swing by for a trial and anyone who already trains to come and see how head coach Alex teaches.
