A fantastic hair salon, staffed by warm polite qualified stylists. It has a great atmosphere and the banter between customers and staff always makes you smile. Alice the owner is lovely she is always there to help with advice on anything you might need to know and also she is a fabulous stylist too.

I have been going to The Styling Station for over 28 years. Alice the owner has become a friend. I think she could do my hair with her eyes closed, for the amount of times I have had it cut, coloured or just wash and blow dry. When I was working she would open her salon early for me. If that is not good customer service I don't know what is! I have never ever been disappointed with my hair. I would never think of going any where else, why would I when the service is first class. Alice's new premises in the village are lovely and all on the flat, then next door is her Post Office and Coffee Shop. I support them all, Alice deserves the support from the Community. Everything is so central in the village, also her Hairdressing prices are so reasonable!

UNHYGIENIC AND UNPROFESSIONALIt looks like the owner invested a lot to upgrade the interior, however, the staff does not care at all to keep the place clean.Cut hair on the floor looks like it has been there for several days or weeks, dust everywhere and dirt on the mirrors.I thought it cannot get any worse until the hairdresser opened a dusty drawer, I could not believe the amount of tangled hair on every single brush!I would not be surprised to see a lice jumping out!Disgusting and unhygienic!Not to mention that the hairdresser Rebecca completely damaged my hair even though I warned her not to keep the bleach for that long. It looks like she was an apprentice but no one was monitoring her until she started to run around asking for advice on how to correct the mess she made with my hair.But she charged full price, no excuseWorst experience in my life!
