I’ve always wanted a Hydrafacial, so I was delighted to see the sleek new bar opened at John Lewis Southampton. I called and booked a treatment. I had a truly wonderful experience from the moment I arrived. I was looked after by Jessica, who told me what was happening at each stage. My skin feels so incredibly soft, I can’t believe it. I’ve definitely got the glow’.

Second time having a hydrafacial with Kiran, she’s very professional and talked me through every step of the facial. I really enjoyed learning about all the products she was using on me. What I like about Kiran is she will make sure the products you use after are specifically suited to my skin concerns. Would definitely recommend Kiran to anyone looking to get their treatments done. I will be going back to start my course in a few weeks.

Great experience and very beautiful result. My skin already shines and I feel so refreshed. My face therapist, Kate, was great and very friendly! She was talking to me throughout the treatment and was explaining what she was doing step by step. We had a small session in advance where she briefed me of the process and after the end of it she gave me advice for the after treatment. I would highly recommend the hydrafacial cleansing to anyone!
