Pets at Home Dover
Changed practice to vets for pets a year ago. Now I have treats food and healthcare all in one place. Staff always friendly and helpful, whether it's a vet/ nurse visit or more toys for the pampered pooch. Insurance claim was all dealt with by Karen ( real star) and paid out without issue. Only shame is I wish there was one in Deal, still small price to pay

Lovely staff everytime I visit, today I was served by Alex who was very friendly and very helpful. He gave me extra information including representing the company very well informing me of the benefits of the pets at home app and also helped me get my new collar out of the packaging so my puppy could wear it straight away!!

Extremely disappointed today to have my THIRD appointment IN A ROW cancelled due to groomers being unavailable in the Groom Room. Notwithstanding a very apologetic staff member on the phone, this really is very poor service.

OMG this shop is so expensive. The staff are always friendly and helpful and there is a good selection of pet products but it stretches your pocket to the max! If it wasn't so pricey I would use it much more frequently

Had to make a last minute stop here and couldn’t find my ideal pet carrier. Managed to find one here but unfortunately a company near by had item similarly was cheaper but neither here nor there. My pet carrier was quite decent to be honest, it was appealing to the eye and I hope my pet was as pleased as I was for that price. There are vets available and make sure you ring before hand to avoid any disappointment. Staff very helpful with any questions and layout of the store is not to everyone’s taste

Good selection, helpful staff, slightly pricy but some bargains to be found. Online ordering to collect in store free is really handy. Groomers & vets upstairs (lift & stairs). Vets are really lovely. No personal experience of the groomers.

After a naughty dog deciding to eat a mince pie, all the team were absolutely brilliant in caring for my dog. Cannot thank them enough
