Should be no stars!! Thought it may get better since changing hands but it's just as bad. Slow service, staff stood talking in back rather than serving so queue is always ridiculous and more often than not they don't have all items in stock to fill scripts.

if I couldn't put any stars up I would, I get my prescription every month in blister packs and injections. last month there was things missing, this month I have got less than half my prescription, after promising the day earlier it would all be ready. I am disabled and have to queue twice to be told this.

They're my local chemist so I pick my prescription up from them once a month and I can say the service is utterly shocking. It's gone down hill year after year. Even using their own diagram of when to pick it up after ordering a certain day I find them not ready. There are often 2-3 staff laughing and chatting away in the back while a queue forms out the door at peak times.

Slow as mentioned in other reviews before me. Waited 10 mins to get served in the shop. Then had to wait another 20 mins because my prescription wasnt ready, even thou I ordered it 5 days ago. I wont be returning here again.

Sure there's queues most of the time but I've never had any issues. Staff are all busy dealing with the large amount of prescriptions they receive. Never once have I had a bad experience

Absolutely Shocking place!! If you’re in dire need of meds you have to wait an eternity for them! I placed an order on May the 4th, my wife went up earlier this week only to be told I had one item ready, now I ordered 10 items and today my wife picked up some of my meds, surprise surprise items were missing and they owe me on another item. Is it any wonder that the owners of Lloyds Pharmacy are wanting to close every single store in the country. Shutting the one in my village will mean I have to travel into the town centre at boots or peak pharmacy. Losing such a vital resource in our community will be a blow to both the elderly and people with hidden and physical disabilities, to which I can attest. I’m going to have to take a slow walk up on Monday and track the items I did not receive down.

I visited today for my Covid vaccination which was booked for 9.10am, waited at the desk, just to be ignored. Was informed that the pharmacist hadn’t arrived. Later we were told that the system was down which was obviously beyond the staff’s control. A member of staff then came round with a clipboard to take our names and dob. Two unique identifiers had to be given to her in a packed shop by approximately 8 of us waiting for the vaccination as well as other people in the small packed shop isn’t acceptable. This should have been undertaken more discretely and in confidence. The pharmacist was good. Thought it was easier to have my vaccination done locally but left feeling very underwhelmed and would be reluctant to go there again. Just hope that my details are protected.
