We didn't intend to buy a car that day, but as we passed the showroom forecourt, we saw a car we liked. We went into the showroom, where everyone was very helpful. Zainab showed us around the car, and answered all our questions. She then spent an hour or so explaining our financial options, etc. We decided there and then to buy the car; which we did.

Mikayla made everything so easy and could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Delighted with new car and thank all the team at Teeside!

My experience at Mercedes Benz of Teesside was very professional. I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I was approached. At no point did I feel under pressure for anything, some dealerships have a negative vibe, an almost unwelcoming atmosphere. The layout of the dealership was modern, clean, fresh and inkeeping with the brand image without being over the top, yet maintaining a touch of class. My sales representative was Zainab Suleman and I must say, she represented the brand impeccably, she was attentative to any of our needs, and considerate towards our young fidgety child. Zainab was immensely polite, she was very knowledgeable with a level of professionalism that Mercedes should be proud of. Zainab is a credit to the company and I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future and purchase a vehicle with her again. I would also recommend her to friends and family without hesitation. I also returned another day with a query, and I was assisted by Jamie Duffy. I'd like to thank Jamie for his help, it was clear from the start that he takes pride in his work, and has a vast amount of experience in his role. Jamie was pleasant, friendly, helpful, and exactly what you would want from someone representing the brand and its image.

Mikayla looked after us from begining to end, taking us through a number of possible choice with test drives for us to get our bearings. Called regarding a price for some work on my CLA. The original price they quoted at the call centre was very high for the work needed.I then received a call from Claire, after a Discussion regarding the original price, and one that I have been quoted by an independent Garage, she came back to me and matched the independent Garage price. It’s the first time I’ve used Stockton Mercedes-Benz, and was very impressed with the service that I received, from arriving, and the work that was carried out on my vehicle to the video keeping me updated on the work that was undertaken. Even had it cleaned for me free of charge. If this is the level of service and the price match of an independent garage then I shall happily return my custom. Keep up the good work !
