I was referred to Alex and Emma for an extraction. I was admittedly quite nervous as it has been quite a toothache/pain-prone tooth, but I didn't need to be. I was completely reassured and felt comfortable (and well informed) all throughout the appointment. The process itself was also great; it was completely painless, smooth and quick. Thank you!

Great experience from start to finish. I was referred for 2 extractions with Alex. On the morning of the appointment I had an attack of nerves and phoned to talk to the reception staff who were excellent - they responded with compassion and sensitivity, reassuring me enough to come in for the appointment but with no pressure. Alex was really lovely and listened to my concerns, and I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed at any point. It feels strange to say that having 2 teeth out was my best experience at the dentist but it was! Thank you

Friendly team put me at ease and kept me informed as the work was undertaken. Ensured I knew what to do for next few days and ensured I was OK before departing. Great service. Thank you.

I was referred to Alex for a broken rear molar extraction. I was concerned due to very difficult and traumatic extractions in the past but I needn’t have worried. I was referred here from my regular dentist for a tooth extraction. Being that the dentist isn't the most pleasant experience, I can honestly say the service and care I received here was phenomenal.I was seen by Dr Alexander Greig, who I cannot praise more for his bedside (chairside?) manner. He walked me through the entire process of what would be happening, and made me feel completely comfortable before going ahead with anything.The procedure itself took about 2 minutes, injections and all. I was astounded! I even got to say goodbye to the tooth, and thank it for their years of service and hard work.I then received a courtesy call the next day to see how I was doing, which I really appreciated.Possibly the best dental surgery in Bristol!
